Swing Bar Bangkok

They have a pretty good list of wine flight with clever names, I decided to go with the Spanish red wine flight sorry I forgot the name- the sun rises or something like that it was delicious! I haven't found anywhere in Olympia that can cook duck properly, but I guess that's my problem. That is what a sway bar does: prevent body lean.

We called ahead and made reservations for 8:45pm on a Friday night. Our goal at Swing is to make our wine and cocktail lists approachable and satisfying, and our staff is trained to suggest complementary pairings for your unique experience. Very few items on their food menu looked appealing to me, but they had seattle prices, so I didn't try anything.

Swing Bars by SportsPlay - With an award-winning wine list and wonderful staff, Swing is perched on the hill overlooking Capitol Lake.

It was after 9pm when I arrived into Olympia. The hotel recommended this cafe so I walked to Swing for a quick dinner. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. I sat at the bar which is unassuming and I had ordered the house-smoked salmon, baby kale, shaved pieces of mild parmesan cheese, Caesar salad, with anchovies, minus croutons, with the house-made Caesar dressing on the side. The house own smoked salmon was to die swing bar. The salmon was smoky yet not salty and it melted in my mouth. I constructed the perfect bite which was orgasmic small chunk of smoked salmon, a tiny morsel of anchovy, a small piece of shaved parmesan cheese, a fork-full of baby kale, with a touch of the Caesar dressing. swing bar It has been 5 days and I can still remember how amazing this salad tasted. I cannot wait swing bar return to Olympia swing bar business so I may revisit Swing again. My friends and I made reservations for New Years Eve and were very disappointed. They were supposed to have live music which we never saw or heard and the pre fixed menu was slightly disappointing. Two of us both ordered the lobster bisque and ended up sending it back because of the metallic taste that was overwhelming. The worst part was definitely our server. We will be back for Happy Hour but not for a major holiday again. Kind of a let down. Management is extremely rude and very pretentious. I had organized a surprise retirement party for my mother-in-law in their downstairs space which was cozy and cool. My guest even apologized for touching the server in any way and that it was clearly a misunderstanding. We all had to pick up our things and take our business elsewhere. I cannot support a place that treats their patrons in this way. I was completely appalled by the way they handled this situation and will never be back again. I still have a sour taste in my mouth. Beautiful old house nicely decorated, overlooking the lake and the city. The food is a delicious fusion of French and Northwestern cuisine. Order a flight and delight in the way it is brought to your table. Plenty of outdoor seating for those nicer days. Definitely a must for anyone who enjoys food, wine and a great view. Granted I've only been here once so far. I came here on a Monday happy hour all day after work swing bar a few co-workers. Since the weather was beautiful we were able to sit outside and soak in the greenery and waterfront view. They have a pretty good list of wine flight with clever names, I decided to go with the Spanish red wine flight sorry I forgot the name- the sun rises or something like that it was delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable on wines. I was curious to taste the white Pinot noir on their menu so I was able to get a sample of it and ended up liking it so much I got a glass of it after my flight. For food as a starter we got the bacon wrapped dates, as a person who doesn't really like dates I can promise you these are a must try. They are the perfect amount of salty and sweet. Honestly, I would come back here just for the dates. For dinner I ended up getting the street tacos. Also really good, but pretty standard for street tacos. One of my coworkers got the swing bar bread on the menu. Next time I come here, that will definitely be the meal I order. It has Asian inspired flavor and it was just so delicious. Overall I had a fantastic experience here and I can't wait to go back. S I heard they have cool events here such as Girl Scout cookie pairings with wine - I am definitely going to keep and eye out for these. I really enjoyed my visit here. I was traveling solo for work a couple of weeks ago and decided to give this place a try based on recommendations from friends. I sat at the bar and did a flight of wine and some small plates. I loved that they featured many local Washington wines, so I did a flight of reds. If you arrive before 6 p. Or on Mondays it goes until 10 p. Swing bar Tues, they offer half price bottles of wine. The place has a romantic, cozy vibe so I was wishing my husband with me. And, even though the bar is nice, the tables overlooking the lake are fantastic. I ordered the beet salad and pork street tacos, both of which were delicious. The pictures pretty swing bar say it all. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and well balanced. You can even do a whiskey flight if you're not into wine. I am going to make a point to come here again next time I come out to Olympia. Casual swing bar dining experience with the best view in Olympia. The restaurant hugs the side of the hillside emptying into Capitol Lake. On clear days, a panorama if the Olympic Mountains and the south sound. The drink menu is creative with unlikely combinations that are beyond enjoyable. The food also have similar twists in their ingredient pairings. Everything we tried was good. Presentation is elegant and tastefully arranged. The fondu appetizer or dessert is a great way to snack while having drinks. The service is top notch and super friendly. Mark: Great experience both times I've been there. The staff are very friendly, casual, and welcoming, but this venue could easily serve as a meeting place for Washington State Senators or even the Swing bar. Gorgeous views extending all the way to the Olympics top the experience off. If you sit outside you also will enjoy a view of the city as well. The hummus plate was balanced and filled me up. The cocktail I ordered was tasty, but I like my drinks a tad bit stronger. The thing that makes this place a 5 star joint is the service. The servers and owner were so friendly. I actually forgot my wallet in my car, and was panicking about having to leave the table to get it since I was dining aloneI didn't want them to think I was tryna escape from my bill. The owner just told me that he trusted me to run to my car to get my wallet and return to pay. When I came back from my car, my bill was waiting for me at the front. I was really impressed with his hospitality and understanding. Made reservations for a Friday evening, we arrived almost 30 minutes early and they had no problem seating us even though it was pretty busy. We had a beautiful table by a window and could see all the downtown lights. For it being as busy as it was, we still felt like the tables were private enough for a romantic evening out. Service was very fast and our waitress was very attentive without being intrusive. R while we waited for our food. The food was amazing, we ordered the Rack of Lamb and Smoked Boar Belly Puttanesca with a glass of Merlot. The Swing bar Carmel Apple Crisp was very good, but the Plantain Foster Style is a must if you only order one dessert. If you're looking for a nice date night out, the Swing Wine Bar is definitely a must. Passing through Olympia for one night, the hotel concierge recommended Swing for the Happy Hour. Seated outdoors, Swing is perfectly perched capturing light breezes to end a warm summer day. Cocktails and shared plates suited two of us before a walk through the downtown streets. The roasted beet, chèvre, fried leek and chive salad was a refreshing starter. But, the lamb pops fell short on flavor and could have used a bit more seasoning. In all my years in customer service and dealing with god awful customers who have sexual assaulted, harassed, etc. Never have I experienced such poor management and service. The sad thing is, I was a witness and not part of this party. I watched the manager become antagonistic to start a fight with the customers. I left after seeing this party handled so poorly. If someone from that party had slapped a staff member, the bartenders and the people swing bar behind the bar all would have heard and witnessed the slap, because their space is so cramped when you walk in. We have had several people recommend Swing Wine Bar to us but we just never got the chance to go. The view of the lake is spectacular and the wine and food delicious. Everyone made us feel welcome. Swing bar can't wait to swing bar again - and are excited about enjoying the outdoor area when the weather permits. I highly recommend Swing, especially if you want to show off the great dining options available in Olympia. Not our first visit and definitely not our last. The service is always friendly and helpful. They have some interesting cocktails. I love the goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon. We shared the homemade pasta with shrimp, the Chile rellano and the beet salad. We had the chocolate walnut pie with cinnamon maple ice cream and the cheesecake with strawberries. I love the house and the view. If the weather is nice, request a patio table. We got here just before Happy Hour ended. I ordered one of their red tasting flightsper the recommendation of one of the servers, and loved all of the wines. Normally you order a flight at a restaurant and one of the wines is a bum wine. For dinner, I had the deviled eggs, lamb skewers, and bacon wrapped dates. The atmosphere was very homey and warm, and I definitely will be back. Stopped by Friday right when they opened to try couple of cocktails and maybe a bite to eat. The host who sat us should not be a host. He appeared to be disgruntled and looked like he didn't want to be there. Not a good trait for someone to have in that capacity. I tried couple of their cocktails from their regular menu. First one was called kashmir. Very few items on their food menu looked appealing to me, but they had seattle prices, so I didn't try anything. Our server was friendly and attentive though. With the subpar experience when first greeted by the host and less than mediocre drinks, i don't think i will be going back. Fabulous little gem that swing bar to be a former craftsman home repurposed into a restaurant overlooking the lake. I started with one of their wine flights which consisted of 3 tastings touting Italian flavors - was good but being from California I happened to like our Barberas better. I had the beef brisket that was served atop a potato scallop. It was soooo delicious with its caramelized marinade and hardly used my knife, it was so tender. Side of zucchini was nicely seasoned and tender and I'm usually not a fan of zucchini. The restaurant is small and I would not recommend for parties larger than 6. Our seating for six had limited real estate at the table but it was sufficient. Service was great and made for a pleasant evening. The hotel recommended this cafe so I walked to Swing for a quick dinner. We will be back for Happy Hour but not for a major holiday again. Kind of a let down. I can type that another 10 times because… Get the baked brie. I can type that another 10 times because the baked brie is that good. Pair it with a white wine swing bar and I think you have a full meal. My partner and coworkers all love coming here. We always get Katie the server who we love. Katie is always very helpful swing bar being swing bar which I really respect. The price can be high but always worth it. A must for a nice dinner and drinks in Olympia. Management is extremely rude and very pretentious. I haven't found anywhere in Olympia that can cook duck properly, but I guess that's my problem. Built-in desk seating by Seating Innovations is revolutionary. And, even though the bar is nice, the tables overlooking the lake are fantastic. Vehicles that encounter high turning forces and in which maximizing tire grip is critical, but that tend to be driven on smooth roads, tend to use large, strong sway bars. The pictures pretty much say it all! We decided to replace the old chain lock with a from National Hardware. With the subpar experience when first greeted by the host and less than mediocre drinks, i don't think i will be going back. Very few items on their food menu looked appealing to me, but they had seattle prices, so I didn't try anything. The sad thing is, I was a witness and not part of this party.
